More Time Together Means More Trust
In the structure of the Multi-Age Classroom, teachers develop deeper discipleship relationships with their students.
The longevity of time together allows for natural discipleship. We see our students through life’s ups and downs. We walk children through academics, as well as sickness, family trials, and sometimes even unthinkable struggles.
As Christian mentors, we become trusted confidants who, with the strength and leading of the Holy Spirit, usher our children into the loving hands of Jesus. We lead them to listen to His voice, depend on His word and learn to trust Him as He meets them in their time of need.
